    ALCAR might get flushed!

Hi there, i tried to find answers for me questions, yet couldn't see any.
Thing is i bought myself some acetyl l carnitine, as long as it is the acetyl solution, i had to have it in powder so as to make as much of a bargain as it could be, 500g for 20£.
I'm likely to have it mixed with my whey, it's an AA right? Should be alright!?
That thing is supposed to be taken by the spoon, 1/4 tea spoon, the taste of it is pretty bad i won't deny it...
What can i do? I won't make caps out of 500g, sounds silly to me, mix it with my tea? Stick it up my a***?

Please, feel free to express yourselves...
    Cheers.

mix it with a diet coke, or put some in some OJ, citric acid covers the taste well. I actually like the salty taste of ALCAR.

Pretty hefty dose. Im about 230(104 kgs??) and I take in 3g 2x daily. If you can handle its ok, but more is not always better. Be sure to supplement with anti oxidants, as ALCAR despite all its benefits is a pro oxidant.

Well, i don't have any anti-oxidants but food, as for the dose you take it 3 times a day, why do you do so?
I think i'll follow you on not having that much at first in one session.

A dosage for me that works well is 3gs ALCAR, 200-400mgs caffiene, and 3g of l tyrosine. YMMV.

Fruits in moderation are not bad. People have a Vendetta against fructose, but most fruits contain relatively small amounts of fructose. High Fructose Corn Syrup is the real bad guy, not fruits. Apples, cherries, strawberries, blueberries, and a few others I regularly eat. They should not comprise the majority of your carb intake, or replace starchy carbs like oatmeal and potatoes, but a couple pieces of fruit a day wont make you fat, and have lots of phytonutrients and antioxidants as well as fiber that will contribute to your overall health.

Fcuk me man, you seem to know a lot, it's a good thing for me who has got to learn most things.Lots of people tell me fruits, like bread, are **** and should not be eaten because of its poor valor and the way they have to make through liver. They can't be taken as a first source of carbs but can be eaten. Thanks again.

I throw a gram of it in with my protein shakes. 3g a day is enough for me.

Does carnitine being coupled with linoleic and linolenic acids make a smart combination?
Alcar is supposed to drive fats in mithocondria so as to burn them as a prefered source, right?

I dont think timing of LA and ALCAR will have much promise, as digestion of fats and other foods for that matter are not instantly in the bloodstream. Although I think regular consumption of epa/dha, which are shown to increase fat use during exercise, and supplementation of ALCAR should work together to help increase fat oxidation. The timing together though probaly will not make muich difference. I think thats what you were getting at, if not correct me.

Sorry, i don't get the meaning of epa/dha.
These are those which should be valuable stacked with alcar!?
I've been using C.L.A. some time to time for months, and i'm very glad with it by 10g a day.I was thinking of starting on alcar + cla just to see if this stack is interesting.
I know some products that work nice on me such as LA, synephrine, guggulsterone and whey.I'm just thinking of some nice and clever safe-stack.

I guess LA's coupled with fish oils like omega 3, are pretty useless too, right?

epa/dha is What you take fish oil for. ALA from flax has to convert to epa/dha, and it does it very poorly. Thats why one just takes fish oils instead as their EFAs. Im not a big fan of CLA, but if your getting results off of it, continue. I took 16 grams a day for 4 months and got nothing out of it. Im the same vain as Flax, fish oil, etc, one supplement I am a big fan of is Sesathin. It is basically a super potent fish oil (although it does not do the same things, but its a way to explain it) Heres a quick read on it Sesathin write up
Im know of a couple retailers that carry it in the UK.

No problem, we're here to exchange knowledge. When I first got on these boards a few years ago, I was clueless. If it were'nt for people helping me along the way, Iwouldnt know much past what is in magazines.

Thing is, in parallel with a razor sharp cutting diet, i mean having a copy book in which you put down each and every grams of carbs, prot and fat you have at your meals; i tried this lipo6 product(synephrine, caffeine and yohimbe) along side with training of course, and it helped me in overcoming my stagnation phase.
This moment was unavoidable i guess and i found it difficult, yet after a week of treatment, i find progress are obvious.
I might not need to continue the treatment since i found my metabolic rate having a nice kick start, re-loosing fat again.I'll see, i'll learn...
What anoys me most is i lost most fat, what remains is some fcuking 1 or 2kgs on my low abs and back, i can't seem to do **** about this, i don't know what to do now.Starting in a bulking phase , maybe stick with my cutting....
    Any ideas are much welcome.

Trouble spots usually have poor blood flow. As long as your in a caloric deficit, topical fat burners with yohimbine in them, can help. Soemthing like Yohimburn by AF store, or my preference, Lipoderm Ultra by Avant Labs work well. They can help increase blood flow to the area and stimulate beta 2 receptors.
