I just bought some protiein powder today which is different from my usual brand and wanted your input. This is what it has in it per 100g :
369 kcal
35.5g protein
50g carbohydrate
4g fat
On the label it says "Protein +complex carbohydrate growth / energy drink.
If you are wanting to build a little bit of mass then its good, but if your trying to cut up and lean down that shouldnt have been the one you bought.
Id use it PWO.
That's alot carbs & fat... def. not the best if you're wanting to cut........
How much of it did you buy?
I'm trying to bulk at the minute guys, sorry should have said that in the first place
