Casein is the most anti catabolic protein.
Muscle milk's fat comes mostly from MCT's and are burned for energy sparing the protien for the muscles. And as stated before Casein is Anti catabolic. And low carb. Make it with water and the cals arent to high seems to me to be ok for cutting.
Muscle Milk would be bad for cutting. It has a high amount of carbs and fats, which is something you want to avoid. Carbs spike insulin levels...when they're spiked, fat is stored rather than burned for energy....
ON would be a wise choice.
I use VPX Zero Carb Whey for my non- PWO shakes, and Methoxy Pro by Cytodyne for PWO....both chocolate
