Don't waste your money, it is not worth taking. Junk. Tried it a few years ago and noticed no results, following the instructions to the T. Great marketing on a crappy product.
    peace,

It will somewhat help water retention over a period of a few days. Nothing magical, but it will noticeably help.

Even if you are competing, I would not screw with lasix.

Yes the potassium depletion is one of the main facotrs. Most competitors use it via IV, where it can be controlled easier. Plus the rebound water weight can be bad as well. Simply supplementing potassium will not always do the trick. What are you trying to be "cut" for?

This link will help you, but this is for peaking for one day!! Not a week. Diazide is a much safer choice.

And just to caution, do not supplement potassium with diazide.
