    Question Lets get this straight.... CEE dosage?

    I keep reading threads and they are really really vague...
    Creatine ethyl ester dosage? 4g ED?
    Prework out, and post? or does it matter with the ester?

    When I use slin I will use 3g PWO... just not sure about other times...

    I just keep reading that with CEE the dose is much smaller than mono... but no real factual info... thanks

    Im using 3.5 grams right now pre and its doing its job. I dont think it matters when you take it because of the ester.

    my VPX says 6g is the dose. or whatever a heaping teaspoon comes out to.

    Technically the ester doesnt make it last longer.Creatine EE vs mono just really means less conversion to creatinine and a quicker spike in muscle creatine. I would generally equate 2g CEE-5g Mono. This is not solid science, just my experience.
