Add some flax oil in that list and dextrose for the post workout shake and you should be good. Make sure your hitting your cardio a 60-75% of your MHR for 30-50 mins in the AM and you should be cut in no time

the hardcore diet is going to produce the best results... I think with all that in a little cardio, u could be lookin ripped in no time

define hardcore diet?

well ill post my diet soon but the flax an dextrose are def important i do incoperate them but just 4got to write that in

No need for flax, fish oil will get the job done. Drop the glutamine as well, its a waste. Id rather spend money on something that would help fat loss further like Sesathin from Avant Labs and/or Lean Extreme from Designer Supplements.
