BCAA absorbtion
How good is it for this particular product?
I throw in 5 g Glutamine pre cardio just to try and keep catabolic state to minimum but It has horrible absorbtion.
Is BCAAs a much better choice in my position to avoid catabolic state during cardio?
Also Im not sure on this but ive heard taking Glutamine/BCAAs with a carbonated drink helps with absorbtion anyone know if there is any truth to this?

Carbonation will help slightly. BCAAs are a much more cost effective and science backed approach. Type in "Tipton et al and BCAAs" in a google search, it will give you links to multiple studies done on BCAAs and training.

Sorry to hijack your thread bryan, but doesnt glutamine restore glycogen? So wouldn't it be a better idea to avoid glutamine before cardio?
