    flaxseed oil?

    i just got some flaxseed oil cause i heard its good for preservin muscle while ur tryin to cut up. but i just read that it removes testosterone from the body. is this gonna slow my muscle growth.

    i read that the flaxseed oil preserves muscle in flex magazine. jojo ntiforo talked about it there. and as for it takin test. out of ur body i read that on some forum that i looked up while tryin to research

    Very high EFA intake will lower testosterone slightly. Get fish oil instead of flax though.
