    eat right ahter cardio?

    Is it bad to eat immidiately after cardio and why? I am cutting and have been for 6 weeks. I usually do 1hour on empty stomach and the go home and have 7-10 egg white with a1/2 cup of regular oatmeal.

    Some people say wait 30 mins to an hour after your cardio so lipolysis can continue but others say its a go to eat after as the continued fat loss is minimal....I personally have class shortly after my morning cardio and I down my oatmeal 10 mins after and I get great results.

    It will make minimal difference. Eat as soon as you need to.

    i eat like 15 minutes after because thats how long it takes me to get from my gym to my mom's house HA! 22 years old and i still go eat dinner at moms! yeaaaaaaaaaaaH!

    This is highly debated...

    From what I have experienced, and read, it depends on what type of meal you're ingesting...

    If you're ingesting a pro/fat meal, wait 15-20mins, if you're ingesting a pro/carb meal, wait 40-45mins... so in your case, 40-45mins...

    I would eat pro/fat meal if you have to eat right away. I always get showered and dressed and packed for the day, then eat.
