    This seems like a good product with it's contents...12 grams of creatine Mono, ribose, 81 grams of Dextrose and other shit, anyone tried it?

    They also make other interesting products Protein gainers with very little sugar in them.

    hell yeah, glutamine, ZMA and 12 grams of creatine. I loved that stuff. I got great gains with it. It is better than cell-tech, has more stuff in it, plus it's cheaper.
