NO2 enhancer for a Bicycle Racer?

Was thinking about trying one of these. If anyone has tried it could you give me some feedback and which is a good one to use?

    Thanks

I think excessive pumps would be detrimental to cycling. Citrulline Malate on the other hand may help youin the endurance dpeartment. 6-9g's works well for me, and allows me to be stronger for longer within workouts, and especially on higher rep exercises like leg presses.

Thanks for the info on Citrulline malate. I'll check it out.

The reason I was thinking of an NO2 enhancer is due to it being a potent vasodilator. This should enhance endurance and reduce lactic acid. And it's all about limiting lactic acid production. Plus, I have heard about Viagra having a positive effect on endurance athletes and mountain climbers. I believe Viagra is a NO2 enhancer?

I know that mass amounts of Sodium Bicarbonate does the trick, but you pay a price with nausea.

I just ordered some citrulline malate (bulk form), creatine mono (bulk form) and dextrose (bulk form). Going to mix them together and try it out!

Cool. Let me know how it goes. I had the best results at 6 grams or so. If you have enough, I would try 9 grams a day.

The only gear I would consider is primo. I have given this thought (mainly because I am a little under my weight limit and do not want to gain weight without the accompanying power increase), but am a novice and am frankly a little concerned. Of course, I would appreciate advice from any endurance athletes who have experimented with it.

I don't know what the guys (Lance) in the TDF use, besides "doping" their blood. But, I am sure 90% of them do. Once you get involved in bicycle racing you realize that what these guys do seems superhuman.

I'll let you know. 9 grams a day? Is dosage relevant to body weight. I am 6'3" and about 193#.

    How about this cycle:

30 days of Citrulline Malate, Creatine and Optygen, then 30 days of Cialis (10mg every other day), then altenate back and forth. The reason I say Cialis is that it works much longer than Viagra and for a larger % of the population. Only thing is I don't want to be racing with one of those 4 hour hard ons!

sounds solid. 6-9 grams works well for me. I notice slightly better endurance on 9 grams, but 6 grams does the trick. For refrence Im about 230.
