Glutamine after workout?
Should Glutamine be taken post workout? The instructions say for best results use after workouts and before bed. However, I have been told not to do that because it can interfere with your ability to absorb glutamine peptides in whey. Can somebody give me some advice.

Most whey protein powders have glutamine in them, for post workout adding in any more isint really a nesscessity although many would argue

I wouldnt waste your money. Just get whey and simple carbs PWO. Maybe 3-6g of BCAAs (they have a faster absorbtion rate than whey)

i would think it could not hurt if you added more IMO.

i usually take it after breakfast and lunch, but i do keep it spaced between my protein drinks.
