i use THE ANIMAL PACKS there good but its 11 pills per pack
and some of the pills are huge
I would have to agree with Tennis_God. No more than this seems to be necessary for you, IF you have a real GOOD, rich on proteins and vits diet.
Animal Pak from Universal is real good, but you dont need to take it offen.

i ordered from these guys on a monday and had my stuff on wednesday same week
i suggested centrum to another member on a different thread and was told by a few people that centrum is crap :( why the conflict here.
I use Twin-Lab Daily One, with Anti-Oxidents
Twin Lab Time Release Multi's.
I use centrum also.
CVS Activelife. Cheap and does the job. One in the morning and one after my workout.
