    i use THE ANIMAL PACKS there good but its 11 pills per pack
    and some of the pills are huge

    I would have to agree with Tennis_God. No more than this seems to be necessary for you, IF you have a real GOOD, rich on proteins and vits diet.
    Animal Pak from Universal is real good, but you dont need to take it offen.
