Please Critique my supplement plan.
Hi everyone this is one of my first post's and was wondering
if everyone could help me by critiquing my supplements. I haven't
bought them yet but this is kind'a how I was going to lay them out.
I think I've done my homework but now I need a grade. And if I’m totally
wrong just give me some advice.
My Stats:
34 yrs old
178lbs
around 17%-18%BF (I'm guessing a little here)
About 5'10"
I usually workout during my lunch break and then do some cardio at night.
I've been working out regular for about 4 years. Although I do some traveling so some
weeks I don’t get to train very hard. My main goal is to gain about 10-15 lbs hopefully with most of it muscle.
Morning:
Whey Protein Shake
Multi-vitamin
Preworkout:

Postworkout:

Creatine Ethyl Ester HCL (2g)
Glutamine (5g)
Evening:
Multi-vitamin
