    Ive been drinking it with milk, tried it with water today and its way better with milk ( for the taste). So when I want to cut I should use water? Thanks everyone for your help. Im still learning so bear with me through the stupid questions. One day ill be out of stupid question and will be answering them too. Anyways thanks again.

    When cutting you should use water. Milk has unwanted lactose carbs.

    As long as your not getting ready for a contest, there is nothing wrong with milk in moderation. Lactose is a fairly low GI carb anyway. I wouldnt recomend a gallon or anything near that, but a couple cups a day is not bad, especially when bulking.

    When bulking its not bad really, just don't go overboard with it and stick with skim milk plus. It's not a good idea IMO when cutting.
