The most complete amino acid supplement?
Is there one that has it all? One that will keep me from taking fistfulls of piils a day? From what I have read it seem that you have to take several kinds , meaning more pills. Anyone got a suggestion as to which is the most complete and best?

Just eat plenty of quality protein sources, and vary them. Chicken, Lean Beef, Eggs, Whey, Low fat Dairy, etc. No real need to supplement aminos.
