I have really bad joints all around, and am showing signs of R.Arthritis , it was really worse a couple years back especially on my knees during squats. This is what has helped me the past couple years and allowed me to still train relatively heavy:
Non-Ballistic movements, heavy Static Stretching, Lots of Isometric stretches and contractions between sets of whatever muscle is being trained, and of couse...........nandralone d.
Just my opinion and .02, hope it helps.

Glucosamine and flax seed oil. You should notice results in 3 weeks or less. Otherwise you might have something worse and
need to have a doctor check it out.

Yeah I had shoulder surgery like two years ago, so I frequent a lot pain when I squat because of the position my shoulder is in, usually when I am done squating I need to hold my shoujlder still for a couple of second until the pain subsides and rub it a bit, can glucosamine help joint pains from surgery?

It can help the post surgery pain a bit OT8268....What was wrong with your shoulder?, I had a Bankarts Reconstuction 2 years ago this summer and I still have problems with my shoulder now, and like you it kills to squat as well, i dont like putting my shoulder in that position at all!!

yeah, bankarts sounds familiar but not sure if its what I had (might have just heard it from someone else) but I tore my shoulder capsule playing football, but I was lucky that they could fix it going in arthroscopicaly and all the put in was 5 sythetic screws that dissolved after about 8 months. Yeah squating is really the only problem I have, flies used to be a problem but it is getting better
