    Iron supplementation

    Recently i got some bloodwork and my iron was ridiculously depleted, so low it was undetectable! The doctor thinks a roundworm infection is a real possibility. hopefully that is the reason why my weight gains have been so very little, im about 5'10 160lbs, train hard and have a very good diet. what are the benefits of iron extatly? i have heard that good levels are very benificial to muscle building.

    Not to get off subject.. but roundworms? Bro.. i'm sorry but that scares me. How would you catch them?

    it scares me too bro. i think i got them on a trip to mexico a few years back, but not quite sure. once im worm free i should be able to put on pretty good gains.

    yes i am getting approximately 5000% daily value although iron is not part of my multivit regiment
