    InStone Protein Pudding Review

Sup bros I didn't think anybody posted anything about this yet, so I'm gonna give you guys my opinions. Yea InStone is Sylvester Stallones brand, and yes that is one of the corniest things ever...and no, I didn't take the company serious at first either. Anyway I decided to try this pudding myself and **** this sh!t is sooo good, 100 calories, 20 grams of protein, 0g of sugar, 1g of carbs, and 20g of fat. This stuff doesn't taste at all like protein powder or anything was mixed into it. I use about two of these things a day, one an hour before the gym, and one as a snack at any other time.... Think about it, 20g of protein with 100cal? Thats almost as good as tuna...

I believe it has 20g of protein, 1g of fat and 2g of carbs. Its good, but pricey at 1.50 a can.

INSTONE shakes are slammin in taste, I also thought that a company that used sly would be a rip off, but seems to me like quality products,,,where did you get your pudding from?

IMO the protein quality is less than i would want. I don't believe that soy and calcium caseinate are good proteins for mass. I would rather have a smoothie or shake with better protein, like whey protein or micellar casein.

    Much better alternative right here

Here is another option for pudding that I use to make my own. Obviously, one can adjust ingredients as needed, but this recipe mixes well and has a good texture.
    Recipe for the pudding:
1 box low carb powder choc. pudding
    3 scoops choc protein powder
    2 tblspoon peanut butter
2 cups cold skim milk (may need more if not mixing)

    Pudding(1 39gram pack): Cal.=140, Pro.= 0g, Carbs= 32g, Fat=0
    Prot. Pwd(3 scoops): Cal.=300, Pro.=54g, Carbs=12g, Fat=5g
    Skim Milk(2 cups): Cal.=180, Pro.=18g, Carbs=26g, Fat=0
    Peanut Butter Natural( 2Tbsp):Cal.=200, Pro.= 9g, Carbs=12g, Fat=12g

    Total Mixture: Cal.=820, Pro= 81g, Carbs:82g, Fat=17g

Blend and put in fridge. No heat needed. You can also increase the protein powder and decrease the peanut butter. There are manner changes you can make to have a good snack.
