Creatine info
There are a ton of different brands and types of creatine on the market. powders, liquid, etc. Can someone recommend to me the best. I've heard rumors that German is the best. What about liquid? thanks

all you want to look for is 100% pure creatin in the ingred's
and nothing else. micronized is good too cause it disolves in water and is not gritty tasting
i use DYMATIZE -- Creatine 1000g + 100g $22.50
i ordered it from allsportnutrition and im still waiting for it

ya, there are only two companies that hold the creatine patents in the world.. One is in the US the other in Germany... all of the good supplement companies get their creatine from one of those two sources. I think that there is some really low grade crap from mexico or asia as well...
i buy my creatine in bulk from www.proteinfactory.com they sell the creatine from the US, it is micronized creatine monohydrate and works great for me.
