I use eca as an energy boost, works great for that. Just have to keep it in moderation and take breaks from it to keep the stimulant effect up. I find I can get in a few extra reps with it. Not sure about gf1 and muscletech.

GF-1 is a big hype..all i got from that was a $50 dent in my pocket...however i will say i saw great gains off AST's 19-nor 250 at 750mg/day

also what is 1-test and where do you get it? how is it against 1-ad?
1-ad supposedly converts to 1-test....supposedly the strongest pro hormone available is 1 test but i dun use PH's
