I was wondering if you guys that are bulking take your shakes with milk or with water. I would assume fat free milk would be ok since it has 130mg sodium and 14g carbs and no fat of course. I have read though stay away from dairy in most diets though.Is there certain shakes during the day that can be taken with milk instead of water?? I have only taken mine with water always but thought maybe the added calories and protein would be good also.
