    Expired Protein Question...

    I have some protein (whey) that just expired. It expires in March of 2005, and so I was wondering how long it would be good for to still take it? Will it make me sick? Will it make me go to the washroom more? Upset stomach and such? Or would you say it's still good for a couple more months???

    probably just "best before" that date, i would still use it.
