    ALRI Cr2

    I've really been wanting to try CEE. I was just wondering if any of you have tried this by ALRI and what you thought about it. What would be the optimum dosage. 4g split twice daily, would 5g make that muct of a difference.

    Sorry Ive never heard of it. Going from 4-5 grams will not make much a difference as far as results. Id stick with 4.
