it will help with both hi and lo GI carbs
both. as to which it will have a greater impact on will depend a lot on the amounts and the individual.
it will not a have a tremendous impact on HFCS, though it will have some, because that is mainly fructose which can be stored as fat without insulin.
small amounts of fructose are good for liver regylcogenation
large amounts will just make you fat.
