    Green Tea help

I heard alot about green tea so now im starting to take it for fat loss. But not sure if im taking the right amount or to much. I'v read that drinking a bottle of oolong tea a day that contains 700 mg of catechins(green tea extract)for 12 weeks can lose a decent amount of fat. So with that I went and bought capsules 500mg green tea caps.

    Serving size 1 cap=
    Green tea extract--------500mg
    Polyphenols--------------250mg
    CATECHINS--------------125mg
    Caffeine------------------35mg

So what I have been taking for the past couple of days is a total of 6 caps 2 with breakfast 2 with lunch and 2 with PWO shake about 2-3 hrs before dinner a total of...

    3000mg--- green tea
    1500mg---Polyphenols
    750mg----Catechins
    210mg----Caffeine

Is this to much or am I good with this??
Like I said this is the first time that im taking just straight green tea yes i have taken other supplements that contained green tea.

    My stats are
    age 32 weight 205lbs

    Thanks

well as long as you aren't feeling jittery, it aids in weight loss but is not a weight loss product. It also helps with those free radicals and antioxidant thingys, watch some smart azz come up and prove me wrong , but I am pretty sure on this one, I will even get out my herbal encylopdia if some piss ant challenges me

So far no jitters like when I was taking Clen , to sum it up no jitters at all. So I should be all right

Just FYI, is that it is possible to turn this anti-oxidant, into a pro-oxidant....... with huge amounts.... not that you'd be in danger with the amount you'd be drinking...

Nandi (from CEM) has said that supplementing with NAC (n-acetylcysteine) may eliminate or at least mitigate any harmful effects that GT may induce...

    Just a tidbit of info...
