    b12 pills any good?

    I always hear about people injecting b12, but what about the b12 pills, are they any good? or am i better off getting the injectable stuff? Thanks.

    If your willing to inject, then go with injectable b-12. The bioavailability of oral b-12 isn't very good at all. You would have better results for alot less money if you go with the injectable.

    Injecting is obviously going to be better, but I have been taking B Complex pill 2x a day that have 50mcg of B12 and I can notice a definent increase in appetite, so I can not imagine what injecting would be like. P.S. Do NOT inject 50 mcg of B12

    Nevermind the injection comment... I just read from prolangtum that 500 mcg is a good injection dosage

    Here in canada you can get injectable b12 over the counter without a prescription.
