    sans v12 creatine???

hi. a buddy of mine plays college hoops, so he can't take any juice or anything and told me about this stuff. i never heard of it, so i thought i'd come on here and ask y'all. i searched it up, but of course the websites u can buy it on are biased just trying to sell a product. anybody know what's so special about it, or if it works well? thanks

In my opinion it is not worth the money. I think you can get the same results or probably even better from CEE (Creatine Ethyl Ester). It won't give you any bloat, and a lot smaller doses. It is also a hell of a lot cheaper (500 grams for $25 on 1fast400.com). The serving size is typically about 2 grams pre/post, the only thing that it is missing is the flavor, it tastes like ****. So IMO I would not go with V12 because you are paying for the name, not the product.

I like V-12, but Satur8 is just as good and far cheaper.

I am currently on my 2nd jug of it and I like it. Got it on sale for 23 bucks a tub so can't really beat that I guess but I definitely notice a difference. I agree CEE is better as a creatine source but V12 also has some other stuff in it like AAKG and it is a good alternative for those looking to cut some calories vs. taking creatine with lots of sugar.

after this tub i am giving Vitargo a try...
