    BCAA's are not worth supplementing, you should get more than enough from your whey portein shakes and diet.

    Glutamine IMO is only really needed before cardio. Other than that you should get enough from your shakes and diet.

    Multi's are good but not the once a day ones, but you don't need to get animal pak either IMO. Just get a good multi and take it a few times a day.

    I mean compare multi's and pick the most repectable brand with the most vitamins& minerals and with the highest doses of them. I personally don't use mutli's anymore because i get more than enough from my protein shakes from TP and my diet, which is rich in leafy green veggies and fruits.

    BCAAs are not worth it
    GLutamine is not worth supplementing
    Animal Paks are not worth it, just buy a multi from a reputable company like Optimum or NOW
