What is a ATW shake and WTF does dex do?....look at the supplement facts..it says 0% of everthing..So is this bottle full of air or?

ATW-All the Whey Protein. Its awesome stuff. As for the dextrose its complex carbs. You need the post work out to help you recover.

Cool Ill check out all the whey..BTW you guys got a big lots store near you?..Cause I just got a box of 12 Big whey bars for 7 bucks! 30gs protein GNC was next door and wanted like $35

Protein bars for the most part are low quality proteins. You should always try to get your protein from unprocessed sources like chicken, fish or lean beef and if you can't get it from solid foods you should try to use quality powders instead of protein bars.
