    Qs about some suplements

    I was wondeting when would be the time to take those suplements.. (b4meal,after,b4cardio etc.)
    If they are garbage and not working..tell me straight up...
    I will be on cutting diet now.

    CLA
    Green-Tea Extract
    L-Carnitine
    L-Glutamine
    Amino Fuel Anabolic Liquid

    L-Glutamine THIS ONE IS STILL KIND OF DEBATEABLE IMO. YOU CAN TAKE IT PRE-WORKOUT OR AFTER WORKOUT BUT SOME WILL SAY NOT TO BECAUSE YOUR WHEY PROTEIN ALREADY HAS GLUTAMINE IN IT AND THE PEPTIDE AND L-GLUT WOULD PRETTY MUCH COMPETE WITH THEMSELVES.
    Amino Fuel Anabolic Liquid I WOULD TAKE THIS PRE AND POST WORKOUT.

    I agree with most of that except for the CLA that is currently available is junk.
