    Question Weight Gain!!!!!

    Hey im about to go off to college to play football and i DO NOT want to play WR i want to play LB or FS but i need to gain some weight to play those positions....im 6'0 190 right now my bench press is 365 n squat is 485 and i know eating is the best most positive thin i can do to gain weight but in the supplemtn catagorie wut would be the best stack i could take to make me gain weight pretty quick??? can somone help me out with the products i should take or a cycle i could take {not roid cycle}

    Those are some pretty good lifts for your size bro. I would recommend simple creatine, glutamine with a high protein diet. I'm talking like 300mgs a day. Mostly from natural food, not so much from shakes. Andro is banned and you would prob be tested for that type of product anyways. Diet it key.

    N-Large 2 boss, put a good 40 lbs on me a while back....take it post workout, pre-bedtime.

    pre and post workout, not before bed, unless you want to get fat.
