Its fine. The scare is vastly overrated. Just make sure your plenty hydrated.

yeah, arginine and caffiene work fine together as well. Its ephedrine that really messes up the NO boosting affect of Arginine.

Personally I always feel like sh*t when taking caffeine and creatine at exactly the same time. I usually space out my intake to the majority of caffeine in the morning / early afternoon and creatine PWO. Never had a problem that way
I am fairly sure you arent getting very good use from either one when taken togethor.
Stay hydrated...and psychotron, why dont u think hes getting good results? Just curious
Well i meen look at what each product does. One is a diuretic and the other tries pulling water into the muscles.
