Specific time to take am I missing anything?
I have:
HMB 1000 mg
milk thistle 150 mg
CLA 1000 mg
ALA 250 mg
Lecithin 1.36g
L-Glutamine 10g (powder)
Mega Multivitamin
My "program:lift:" will begin at the end of the week.
This is my suppliment plan :
HMB 1pill x 3 ED
Milk thistle 2pill x 3 ED
CLA 1pill x 3 ED
ALA 1pill x 3 ED
Lecithin 1pill x 3 ED (W/ every protien shake... this could vary)
L-Glutamine 10g x 3 ED
Mega Vit 2pill every morning
Does this look ok? My question is are there any supps here that will counteract with eachother? Creatine will end at this week so I didnt include it!
Am I missing any supps?
