If i work out 3 times per week should i take glutamine everyday or just on my workout days? thanks

how about save your money and dont take it.....but if you must, take it everyday

the only real time I see a need for glutamine is pre cardio other than that its not gonna do much for ya.

Glutamine isnt worthless, but you must know when to take it, the best time: CUTTING!Glutamine is a muscle perserver to a certain extent, but some how its been proven to cause GH release.

5g's first thing in the morning, 5g pre and post workout, and 5g before bed, everyday you work out on non-workout days take 10g a.m and 10g before bed. If you are going to use it, use it right.
