keeping the tank full of creatine
ok the container of my xpand says to take it 30 min before a workout and 15min after! now this stuff has CEE in it which is bascially creatine if im not mistaken but in a different form, so wouldnt it be beneficial to space these 2 doses throughout the day maybe one in the morning and 1 pre or post workout to keep more of a steady level???

i only took 3g post work out and it seem'd to work just fine

they were fine i seemd to stay pumped longer with cee then with mono

no , with mono i got bloated in the face and nothing with cee

im not sure how long the cee stays in your system but it is a while ,
thats why theres no need to load on it or take it 2-3 times aday .
