    help on creatine

    Whats up guys im finished my cycle since early january and was just thinking of doing some creatine so i was just wondering which type of creatine would you reccomend and should i load it?

    cee and kre alkalyn, r these pills or powder???? also i took cell tech a long while ago, and i def got bigger and stronger but lost it all after i stopped. Will these give me such good results so soon, and will i actually keep some gains once im off if i keep training n dieting properly

    I really liked celltech. Worked well for me. I took it while on cycle.

    ne one know comparisons from cee to cell-tech(do not take in account the price difference, just potency n effectiveness)

    I kept all of my gains off cell tech, so if you are that responsive to Creatine, then no telling what will happen... I would definently take CEE over Kre-alk though

    thanx alot bro, hahaha now we have weeded out kre alk, now itws down to cee, ne one take both of these n see diff results?
