Hey bro's
My BF is pretty low.... i cans ee my absa and my veins show all the time..... but is there something i can take to make them stand out even more.....
I heard an *ss load of L-Arganine would do the trick.... or a plasma expander....... or perhaps both?
Any idea on hwo to get those big thick ropey veins? I know EQ works LOL..... but im looking for a suppliment..... not a roid :cool:

i know diet and low bf are the main areas for the veiny look. i think vanadyl sulfate helps for vascularity. not to sure tho
yah i've got the low BF..... i cans ee all my abs... and i've got no fat anywhere else.... i have nice definition between my arms and shoulders.....
i can always see the veins in my forearms, bi's, theres 1 vein int he shoulders i can see, and the veins in my traps coem out when i excercise.....
i just want em to stick out all the time :) - just to be more visible.....

i used no-x2 product with l-arginine it says it makes u look pumped up all the time and ur viens show. i didnt see ****, waste of money for me atleast
You can do a sodium/carb loading and depletion thing like for a contest prep or just a day where you wanna look your best, then right before show time drink a glass of red wine or rasinettes and they will look like garden hoses. Search the diet forum for the diet. Youre probably goin for more than one day of lookin jacked, but you might toy with it.
If its purely a superficial worry, than an NO boosting product is what you want.
i have that same problem, For some reason during the day i got veins sticking out like in my forearms and bicept, but sometimes they go back in, i will look into a NO product. Would CEE do any good?

the more hypertrophy your muscles go through the more capillaries grow in order to supply sufficient blood I believe and that causes the "veiney" look. low body fat doesnt hurt either...

The enhanced vascularity is temporary
Standard vascularity is acquired by acheiving a low bodyfat percentage.
Temporary Vacularity can be acheived by:
(off the top of my head)
1.water depletion coupled with sodium loading and depletion
2.Carb-depletion folowed by Carb-loading (especially if carb-loading is done in the presence of water depletion)
3.Glycerol ingestion
4.Arginine ingestion
5. Niacin ingestion (tho it's effectiveness varies)
6. b-12 administration via injection (dimishing results)
