    Protein Comparisons!!!

    OK first off; does anybody have any experience with IsoPure???(Protein) im sure it probably tastes good, but is it good for putting on muscle or more of a diet type of protein.....it is whey protein!! if you hav tried it how do you compare it to other products? GNC store product? optimum? EAS? etc.......

    Isopure is a good quality, pretty good tasting whey protein. GNC sucks, don't buy crap from them. BTW, whey protein isolate is whey protein isolate, its not really better or worse than any other whey isolate products for mass or diet.

    If you dont want to buy off the internet (all I do now for supps), then definently do not go to GNC, everybody on this board knows more about nutrition and supplements than any given worker at GNC. Find another place, or turn to Allsportsnutrition.com, I got 5 lbs of whey for 19.99

    The Isopure pre-mixed do taste really **** good though, too expensive for my blood.
