I am currently cutting and I recently purchased Animal cuts to help this process, and I was thinknig of getting this ephedra that I found reccommended in other forums.

When is the best time to takt the cuts and the ephedra, and how much should I take of the ephedra? If I don't get the ehpedra I am thinking of going with clen, but the ephedra would go good with the Animal Cuts. Thanks
Um...i'd use three tabs of the Vaso Pro and 1 pack of animal cuts twice per day
That'd round out to 75mg of ephedrine ED
From that point i'd assess how my body reacts to the 75mg...increasing as needed
120 mg ED is usally the upper dosage
have at least 4 hours between administrations
Is there any time I should take them in relation with my cardio?

I would take ephedra before cardio,the stack i use is 200mg caffiene and 20mg of ephedra 3 times a day taking my last dose around 4 pm so it doesnt keep me up at night
nvr2bigsnd, would u say ur stack it just as effective as taking ephedra along with any fat burner?
