supplements are worht the money especially protein shakes because it's very hard to be cooking all day to meet your nutritional needs, a shake here or there with a good 35g of protein makes life so much easier. and other supplements such as creatine are proven to enhance performance in ways you couldn't regardless of how well you eat. just stick to the basics, creatine, protein, glutamine, and a good multivitamin.

It is very hard to eat 225 grams of protein every day, seven days a week, 365 days a year without protein powder.

What do you mean by lighter and higher suppliments and T?

If T is testosterone , you aren't going to get it as a suppliment unless you use AAS.

Agree with what is posted here by others regarding what you need:

    Good multi
    creatine
    glutamine
    protein powder.

I wouldn't call protein powder a suppliment, it is more of a food.
