    Wine + creatine?

    Ran out of Dex. I don't even have any juice in the house to take with my creatine. WIll wine work?

    yeah alcohol will dehydrate you so it wouldn't be good with creatine. doesn't have to be liquid sugar why not eat a cookie or something with it?
