Yep, Lean Extreme and Sesathin are a good stack. I use Sesathin wether cutting or bulking, just a lower dose when bulking. My GF had great results with Lean Extreme as well.

Lean Xtreme / 7-OH -- The full write-up
Write up by strateg0s
Here is my full write-up for Lean Xtreme (7-OH) from Designer Supplements.
Grab a coffee, it is almost a dozen pages long. Hopefully this will help people make the best use of the product.
7-OH (7-alpha-hydroxy-dehydroepiandrosterone), the active ingredient in Lean Xtreme, is a supplement which will help you keep the muscle gains and the fatloss that you earn through the proper and disciplined combination of weight training, nutrition, rest, and cardiovascular exercise. Without the use of 7-OH your progress will be measurably slower than it needs to be.7-OH will clear obstacles from your path.
By reducing cortisol
- 7-OH counters the diminishing returns of intense efforts, allowing you to keep more of what you earn in the gym, on the road, and through the sacrifices and self-discipline you maintain in the kitchen and out on the town.
- 7-OH will allow you to incorporate cardio without the usual risk of catabolism. This will enhance your performance, your metabolism’s ability to burn fat, and your cholesterol levels.
- 7-OH will eliminate extra appetite caused by high levels of cortisol. It is up to you to maintain the self-discipline to adhere to an intelligently planned nutritional regimen.
- You take it off or put it on, 7-OH will help keep it that way.
Check the feedback at ************* or elsewhere, try it yourself, share your feedback online, and once you can see what 7-OH can really do, tell your friends about it.

Is there a need to add lipo-6 to lean extreme and sesathin?? j/w becasue i saw devilsdeity post hes gonna doo all 3, wondering if i would see a hudge diff in adding the lipo-6
04-02-2005, 02:11 PM #15
sesathin speeds up the fat loss read up on lean extreme
The lipo 6 or any other is the main fat burner used and the other products will amplify it.

thanx alot man will def read up on lean extreme, it says lipo 6 doesnt give u gitter or nething, but it does contain caffine, has ne on took it and how did u react, liek i said ive taken stackards n it gives me gitters n maks me real weak

If stimulants give you jitters, than the Lipo 6 is not advisable to take.
04-02-2005, 04:56 PM #18
yea i def figured that prob just looking for someone to say its ok to give me an excuse to try it out, bu ti know the end result, r there NE ones out there that have minimal gitters/caffine, i mean something to add to the lean extreme and susathin, or is there a better combo?

Cla, Acetyl-l-carnitine, Choline Ect Ect Ect
04-02-2005, 07:52 PM #20
HEAT Stack by Avant Labs (make Sesathin) is Hordenine, Evodiamine, Alpha Yohimbine, and Tyramine. Jitters are minimal. My Gf is sensitive to stimulants as well and she tolerates this well. ALCAR is never a bad choice. CLA is overpriced for the results, IMO.

Have read up on lean xtreme n sesathin and both seem like a good buy for what im doing. Like ive said i have prob with stimulants, i saw a site selling sesathin, lean xtreme n a product glucophase xr as a stack, seemes like the glucophase has no strong stimulants and should work well, thnk im gonna pass on the heat stack and just buy this stack, plus it comes with a free gym bag, cant go wrong, ill let u know how it all goes.

Glucophase is good. It is k r-ala with Quercetin and some analogs. But, Im pretty sure they are sold out all over of Glucophase, better check before you order.

anybody got any info. on any of the cutting gels out there??? I've heard that the ones you rub on specific areas before your cardio workout are pretty good but would like a little more info.
04-14-2005, 05:37 PM #31
You dont rub them on before cardio. You apply them 2x per day, 12 hours apart. But they do work well, if your in a caloric deficit, as they help mobilize stubborn fat. The key is to be dieting though. Avant Labs and Anabolic Fitness both make good products, Lipoderm Y, Lipoderm Ultra, and Yohimburn respectively.
