What's you fav post wout supp?

Please share with me if you don't mind. Especially if you're looking to stay lean and keep muscle as full as poss.

Whey isolate and dextrose.

I use a product called Fullblown by Maxmuscle, has 65g of dextrose and 8g of creatine. I also take in about 60g of MaxPro. I use all MaxMuscle products, because they are free...:D
