Guys Ive been reading on here and I love Nlarge2 whas maldextron (spelt wrong) and for my pwo i was wondering can or would it be good to mix 50grms of Dex w/Nlarge2....to me it seems to have everything i need for pwo another idea i had was just Whey w/Dex and an hour later Nlarge 2 please help.....
How much malto does it have, if it has around 60g that would be sufficient enough for your pwo needs.
well on the sugar content it is i believe 52 grms but that is for 4 scoop usually i take 2 or sometimes 3 b/c on 4 scps im looking at 600 cals and i really dont want that all the time...thats why im thinking of 2-3 scoops of Nlarge w/dex
