    Is this too Much?

    I need some advice.
I have purchased multiple items to take while I'm trying to achieve my "beach body". Is this to much stuff to be taking or what. Any comments are welcome.

    ISOPURE Protein
    Flax Seed oil gels
    Vitaman E gels
    Ginko Biloba
    Creatine
    NOX2
    Multi-Vitamins

This is all the products I ordered. Any feedback on what is good or what is not needed would be great. Also, if you have expierience using one of these products, I would like to hear how they worked for you.

ISOPURE Protein - good protein source, probably expensive though
Flax Seed oil gels - good for your body but you prob won't literally see the results from it. Like improving cholesterol and that type of thing.
    Vitaman E gels - don't know.
Ginko Biloba - can't remember what that does.
Creatine - great supplement for putting on size and strength quickly.
NOX2 - vascularity, good for the beach as you say.
Multi-Vitamins - needed by everyone. You never know what deficiencies you may have.

yes it is a good staple of basics, not much more needed, I would take cranberry extract for the kidneys if you are taking creatine

switch the flax seed oil to fish oil. EPA/DHA is what your after, and Flax Seed oil has ALA(alpha linoleic acid) which has to convert in your body to epa/dha. It does so poorly. It is sort of like a prohormone to fish oil, if you will.
