Is supplements really worth it?
I mean wouldnt a decent diet give u the same results, and also what the different between lighter supplements and higher supplements. Are the highest ones have small amounts of T?

supplements are worht the money especially protein shakes because it's very hard to be cooking all day to meet your nutritional needs, a shake here or there with a good 35g of protein makes life so much easier. and other supplements such as creatine are proven to enhance performance in ways you couldn't regardless of how well you eat. just stick to the basics, creatine, protein, glutamine, and a good multivitamin.

If T is testosterone , you aren't going to get it as a suppliment unless you use AAS.
Agree with what is posted here by others regarding what you need:

I wouldn't call protein powder a suppliment, it is more of a food.
