how much pre-workout is needed for a really good pump???

It depends if you are going straight powder, pills... be more specific. I take about 3 grams of powder (1 tablespoon rounded)

3 is fine for pre workout
for the "perpetual pump" they say it gives you
take about 2- 3 grams 3 times daily

pre workout is fine
peak NO levels occur after 1-2 hours of Ingestion

For some reason I get a huge pump whenever I would be running arginine and have a couple of beers later that night. Does anybody know why that would be?
