    arginine...?

    how much pre-workout is needed for a really good pump???

    It depends if you are going straight powder, pills... be more specific. I take about 3 grams of powder (1 tablespoon rounded)

    ya thats just what im looking for is just the amount whether it be 3g worth of caps or 3g worth of power!!!

    is arginine avaliable in bulk powder at all???

    3 is fine for pre workout

    for the "perpetual pump" they say it gives you

    take about 2- 3 grams 3 times daily

    i dont really care about that all day pump just for the gym! and maybe like during the summer if i have my shirt off!

    also is it necessary to take this stuff on a daily basis to have the best results or can it just be taken on training days???

    pre workout is fine

    peak NO levels occur after 1-2 hours of Ingestion

    For some reason I get a huge pump whenever I would be running arginine and have a couple of beers later that night. Does anybody know why that would be?

    carbs from the beer get stored over night
